These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phpg platform, including all casino games, sports betting, payment services, and account features. By registering an account or using any phpg service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one phpg account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered using another person's identity are strictly prohibited and will be closed with forfeiture of any balance.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing or using the phpg Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with phpg's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phpg with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
2.3 phpg reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published at phpg.one/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
2.4 If you access the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have full authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that individual.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account with phpg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
3.2 phpg may, at its discretion, refuse registration or suspend an Account if there is reasonable doubt that an applicant or Player fails to meet any of the above eligibility criteria.
3.3 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or access. phpg provides services based on its PAGCOR licensing and makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access from outside the Philippines.
4.1 To access phpg's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account.
4.2 phpg permits only one Account per individual. Each Player may maintain only one active Account per person, per device, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to create multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
4.3 phpg will conduct KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Verification may require submission of the following documents:
4.4 phpg reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functions pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account closure.
4.5 Registration information must include a valid Philippine mobile number. phpg may use this number for account authentication, OTP delivery, and responsible gaming communications. The mobile number registered to your Account must be one over which you have exclusive use and control.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpg login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be a phpg representative.
5.2 phpg staff will never ask for your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phpg support immediately.
5.3 You must notify phpg immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account, or any compromise of your login credentials. phpg will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that occurred prior to notification.
5.4 phpg recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When 2FA is active, a one-time code will be required in addition to your password for each new login session. You are responsible for ensuring the security of the device to which 2FA codes are sent.
5.5 All activities conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your activities and your responsibility, unless you have previously notified phpg of credential compromise as described in clause 5.3.
6.1 phpg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through payment methods listed on the phpg Payment page, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available methods, minimum/maximum transaction amounts, and processing times are detailed on the Payment page and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phpg will not process deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where the payment provider does not support withdrawals, in which case phpg will offer an alternative method in accordance with its payment processing procedures.
6.4 phpg processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for verified Accounts using GCash or Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
6.5 phpg reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before releasing funds. phpg will communicate any such requirements to the Player promptly and will process withdrawal requests expeditiously upon satisfactory completion of required verification.
6.6 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. These limits are specified on the phpg Payment page. Withdrawal of bonus credits prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.
6.7 phpg does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose their own fees or exchange rate spreads for which phpg bears no responsibility.
The phpg platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All Account balances, deposits, wagering limits, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP will occur at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing, as determined by phpg's payment processor.
7.1 phpg may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and other promotions to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:
7.3 phpg reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical errors, or exploitation of the offer structure. In such cases, phpg will act reasonably in determining whether bonus credits or derived winnings are forfeited.
7.4 Players who open multiple Accounts, use coordinated wagering strategies, or otherwise engage in conduct designed to exploit the phpg bonus system will have their bonus privileges permanently revoked and their Account(s) subject to closure.
8.1 All games available on the phpg Platform are governed by the rules published within the game interface or associated game provider documentation. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and outcomes.
8.2 phpg is not the developer or manufacturer of the games offered on the Platform. Games are provided by licensed third-party studios. phpg does not alter game mathematics, RTP configurations, or outcome probabilities. Game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator systems.
8.3 Live dealer game outcomes — including card draws, roulette ball landing positions, and dice outcomes — are determined by physical actions performed by human dealers in real studios. phpg has no ability to influence, predict, or alter live dealer outcomes.
8.4 In the event of a disconnection during a game round where a bet has been placed, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. The outcome will be reflected in your Account balance and session history upon reconnection. If a disconnection occurs before a bet is registered, the wager does not count.
8.5 phpg reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the Player's Account.
8.6 Published RTP figures are theoretical values based on long-run statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from these averages. phpg does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpg Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
9.2 phpg employs fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and game analytics systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection may occur during or after gameplay. phpg's findings in such matters are final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

10.3 phpg's customer support team is trained to identify potential problem gambling behavior and may proactively contact Players exhibiting patterns consistent with at-risk play. phpg may apply protective restrictions to an Account without the Player's request where there is a genuine welfare concern.

11.1 All content on the phpg Platform — including but not limited to the phpg name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (excluding game content owned by third-party studios), and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to phpg and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpg Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
11.3 phpg's trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service other than those provided by phpg, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits phpg.
12.1 The phpg Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12.2 phpg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpg will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, but cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.
12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpg's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of your real-money deposits in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
12.4 phpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phpg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phpg's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by phpg's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 phpg collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, published at phpg.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
13.2 By registering an Account with phpg, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have not opted out).
13.3 phpg may share your personal data with PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with licensed payment processors and KYC verification partners to the extent necessary for the provision of the phpg service.
13.4 You have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data. Requests to exercise these rights should be directed to [email protected].
14.1 If you have a dispute, complaint, or query relating to your Account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the phpg service, you should contact phpg customer support as the first step. phpg's live chat support is available 24/7 with an average response time of under 5 minutes.
14.2 phpg will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and will endeavor to resolve complaints within 14 calendar days. Complex disputes requiring investigation may take longer; phpg will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.
14.3 If your complaint cannot be resolved through phpg's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels. phpg cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the investigation and resolution of escalated complaints.
14.4 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI), conducted in the English language in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.5 Pending resolution of a dispute, phpg may place a hold on the disputed funds in your Account. phpg will release held funds promptly upon resolution of the dispute in your favor, or in accordance with the dispute resolution outcome.
15.1 phpg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void any bets or withhold or forfeit any balance, where phpg reasonably determines that:
15.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and a balance is forfeited, phpg will notify you of the reason for closure and the amount forfeited. phpg will retain records of the closure and the grounds therefor.
15.3 You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting phpg customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.
15.4 phpg may also close Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 24 months. phpg will give advance notice to the registered email address before closing an inactive Account and will process any remaining balance in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds regulations.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 phpg operates under a license issued by PAGCOR. The phpg Platform is operated in compliance with Philippine gaming law, including the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), and the regulations and circulars issued by PAGCOR thereunder.
16.3 Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 14.4, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpg Platform.
17.1 phpg may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted at phpg.one/terms-conditions. Where a revision materially affects your rights or obligations, phpg will provide advance notice via email to your registered email address or via an on-screen notification upon your next login, no less than 7 days before the revised terms take effect.
17.2 Your continued use of the phpg Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the revision.
17.3 Minor revisions — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates to reflect changes in the Platform's features or payment methods — may be made at any time without advance notice.
